What Our Security Setup Actually Covers

When you log in to vippro, your session is protected by SSL encryption and a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number — the same number tied to your DANA, OVO, or GoPay wallet. KYC verification runs through identity document matching before any withdrawal is processed, so your funds only ever move to an account we've confirmed belongs to you. We

also flag unusual login locations automatically, so if someone tries to access your account from an unrecognised device in Palembang or anywhere else, we pause the session and notify you first.

WHY THIS MATTERS

How We Run Account Security at vippro

Security here isn't just a page of bullet points. We've built the verification flow around the wallets Indonesian accounts actually use — so your KYC, your OTP, and your withdrawal check are all tied to the same mobile identity your DANA or OVO is registered under.

SSL Session Encryption

Every page and account action on vippro runs over SSL. Your login credentials and wallet data are never transmitted in plain text, whether you're on mobile or desktop.

OTP at Every Sensitive Step

We send a one-time password for login, withdrawal requests, and password changes. Each OTP expires within minutes, so an old code captured elsewhere can't be reused against your account.

KYC Before First Withdrawal

Identity verification runs once, before your first withdrawal. You submit a national ID or passport; we match it to your registered wallet name. After that, withdrawals proceed without repeating the process.

Device and Login Monitoring

We track the devices and locations your account uses. An unrecognised device triggers a secondary verification step automatically — you get notified and must confirm before access is granted.

Security Help Paths for Your Account

If something looks wrong with your account, you don't need to guess who to contact or what to say. Here are the three direct paths we keep open for security and access issues.

Team online

Live Chat — Account Access

Reach our team through the live chat icon inside your account dashboard. Describe your issue and we'll verify your identity before making any changes to your login or wallet settings.

Email — KYC and Document Help

Send your KYC documents or identity dispute directly to our support email. We review submissions in the order they arrive and confirm receipt so you know your case is open.

In-App Wallet Verification

If your DANA, OVO, or GoPay wallet fails to link, go to Account Settings, choose Wallet, and follow the re-verification steps — including a fresh OTP sent to your registered number.

Account Security Terms You Should Know

Some of the language around account security can feel technical. Here's what these terms mean in plain English, so you know exactly what's happening when we ask for something.

What is OTP in account security?

OTP stands for one-time password — a short numeric code sent to your phone that expires quickly and can only be used once to verify a login or sensitive account action.

What does KYC mean?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the process of confirming your identity using a government-issued document before we process your first withdrawal or flag-sensitive account changes.

What is SSL encryption?

SSL encrypts the data moving between your device and our servers so that your login details, wallet numbers, and session information cannot be intercepted by a third party.

What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication adds a second check — usually an OTP — on top of your password. Even if someone has your password, they still can't log in without the code sent to your phone.

What is a flagged or frozen account?

An account gets flagged when we detect unusual activity — such as a login from an unfamiliar device. We pause withdrawals and contact you to confirm ownership before restoring full access.

What is wallet verification?

Wallet verification confirms that the DANA, OVO, or GoPay account you've linked belongs to the same person who registered the vippro account, matching names and registered mobile numbers.

Common Account Security and Help Questions

These are the questions we hear most from account holders dealing with login issues, wallet problems, and identity checks. Each answer tells you the actual step to take, not just a general direction.

First, check that the mobile number on your account is correct under Profile Settings. If the number is right but no code arrives, wait two minutes then request a new OTP. If it still doesn't come, contact live chat and we'll verify you through an alternative method.

Go to Account Settings, select Verification, and upload a clear photo of your national ID or passport. The name on that document must match exactly what you used when registering. We review submissions and notify you by account message once it's confirmed.

The most common cause is a name mismatch — your wallet's registered name must match your vippro account name exactly. Go to Account Settings, choose Wallet, remove the current entry, and re-add it with matching details. Then complete the OTP confirmation step to finalise linking.

Change your password immediately from the Login Settings page, then contact live chat and tell us the approximate time of the unauthorised access. We'll review the device logs, lock out any unrecognised sessions, and walk you through securing your account before withdrawals resume.

A withdrawal hold usually means KYC hasn't been completed yet, or the wallet name doesn't match your registered name. Check your Verification status under Account Settings. If your documents are already submitted, live chat can tell you where in the review process your case currently sits.

Phone number changes require identity confirmation first. Go to Profile Settings, select Phone Number, and we'll send an OTP to your current number to confirm it's you requesting the change. After that confirmation, you enter and verify the new number with a second OTP.
